The place was spotless, and the staff were super nice and quick to help out – they were a pleasure to deal with. this hotel is conveniently located near a park and the waterfront 🌊.

Good choice of food items served for great cooked breakfast. The location was favourable and handy, a 10-15 minute walking distance from a historical museum. And we were not far from the restaurant and also the cleaning staff and the city center and central Geelong and the Waterfront.
Sadly, but there was stain in some areas.

The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. I felt relaxed and their hospitality was very good.
Housemaid neglected to change the bedding everyday, The rubbish bins were missed on one occassion and a dirty hand towel left in the room.

It is hard to be positive it was very average accommodation at top pricing
Unfriendly reception staff. After taking my money for 8 weeks they required a $200 deposit on a Debit Card and then it would take 5 days to get money back if not used. Breakfast very average. Overall the experience was comparable to a 3 star Motel.

The staff were very pleasant and eager to please.
I thought the room was not dusted very thoroughly, eg passing around things like the power cords on the table tops. I had to get down behind the desk to reach the power source and it was loaded with dust down there

Room is a decent size and has good air conditioning. It comes with all the essentials you need. the location is pretty great, just a short distance away from Westfield Geelong. 🌟
